Vice President
Vice President. In case of the absence of the President, or of her/his inability from any cause to act, the Vice-President shall perform the duties of that office. Like the President, the Vice-President shall play a major role in resource development and in representing the organization within and outside the community.

- Temporarily assume the position of the President in case the absence of the President
- Attend board meetings, a minimum of 4 meetings a year
- Coordinate the yearly election
- Ensure that all board members have a copy of the bylaws or know where to get a copy
- Work with the President to keep your bylaws relevant
- Develop current and future board members
- Guide the organization to promote growth and prosperity
- Help coordinate at least one of the yearly activities
- Participate on yearly planning meeting
- Be willing to fill an open position on the board other than the president
- Execute any other task to ensure the health and safety of the members and the Association
Time Commitment
Time Commitment
- 1 Year Term (2020)
- Board meetings ( 1 a month - approximately 3 hours each)
- Yearly Election Planning meeting ( 3 hours year)
- Coordination of an activity (10 to 20 hours per activity)
- Yearly planning meeting (10 hours )
